Change Room 1 - Mistaeks

Our first ever Change Room was on 21 September 2016, with host Geoff Paine and BWA Director, Associate Professor Liam Smith, talking about some common mistakes that people make in behaviour change.

Not understanding the problem fully, assuming we know what the problem is or relying on one strategy all created interventions that failed or backfired.

Presented as a game show, this was our first foray into ‘research-entertainment’, and from the delighted sounds of the audience, we got this one right.
